Nah, I got a 'UK used' XR from them last year, battery health was like 90% and it looked brand new. No scratches or anything. Still works great.

Renz Mart is usually better for UK used stuff and specific electronics, I feel. Jumia has more variety but sometimes the quality control on third-party sellers is iffy.
